Pros

- good benefits (cancer essentials / good pensions percentage / many add on options with health insurance) - Supportive training

Cons

- Call centre work, have to work in always available, can be tough to get used to - no sick pay for first 6 months - Low starting salary considering all that has be learned - was promised onsite gym and there isn't one - lots of perks and reading materials but always available doesn't give you a chance to read them - are held accountable for mistakes in the form of DIPS, even though training
