Questionable management

Pros

Flexible working hours, good benefits, good whistleblowing policy

Cons

Some senior management tend to play politics with some staff, loads of badmouthing and backstabbing involved. Many get laid off with no reason citing CEO decision. One particular function has been having people leave coz the Director keeps being mean to them, management is not questioning him at all. Staff tend to be unheard, even some HR act like they hear you, but in fact they dont.

Pros

The other team members make the job

Cons

Management is very poor, bullying their team members is common practice, the wages are lowest I've ever been paid and there is no scope of people to progress within their roles.
