      - The salary can be quite OK

      Cons

      - Complex and often illogical processes. - Everything is streamlined, don't imagine having easy life if you don't fit the processes you'll find in place. - Not always easy to deal with people. - Form often outweighed substance. - You will depend on Accenture for everything.

      The colleagues are great - really knowledgeable and always happy to help when you are stuck with an issue.

      Cons

      Current management are ineffectual and their communication is terrible. The general feeling is that they are running down the business so that it can be absorbed into Accenture as soon as possible. Lots of lay offs in the last 6 months; central functions like HR have been moved to Accenture (with most people being laid off). Several national offices have already been moved to Accenture too. Most people have not had a pay rise in a years (I know many who have not had one since 2021) so now people have had enough and are leaving. Moral is at an all time low.
