Pros

Great spirit and flexibility. You will be able to enter a dynamic team and work on some very interesting projects. The facilities are nice also.

Cons

You can get bored at times and slowed down by inefficient management. Too much freedom is given to employees.

Pros

English class, once a week with kind teacher; Some people in the company are very friendly; Referral program makes you get points to exchange by ikea gift card and other companies; In general they willing to wait you get a project, I heard reports that some colleagues, they waiting up to 3 months.

Cons

1 - When you comes from another country every "Support of hiring" should be pay if you quit off; (In general it blocks you to negotiate a satisfactory salary). 2- Managers try to put into your mind that your salary is as fair as possible and you don't deserve more than it, even though you would get invites to increase your salary, sometimes at double that. 3- When you comes without project, they try to put you in everywhere, even if the technology is totally different that you was hired for.

Pros

Only pro: they have a good offer to bring you from your country to Portugal, but don't let then catch you, that's a bait that you will pay dearly!

Cons

Aubay try to get immigrants to come to Portugal with a lot of promises, don't trust then, they will not carry out any of then, even the written. You are far from get help with it since everyone on the vertical will be against you(starting with your direct manager). They will offer you a bad salary and try to convince you that you will be kind of rich, if you are smart you can get something more from then to at least have a decent life, but you will have to bargain. They will absolutely offer help with relocation, and they look amazing from start, but don't be fooled as with all the help since you will need to sign a contract that says that you will need to pay over 6 thousand Euro(usually more than 3 times your salary) if you quit the company before TWO YEARS, they will try to soften it saying that this will guarantee your job for two years so that will give you some stability and maybe will help you to get credit on the country or help you to get a renting (very hard if you don't know Portugal), absolutely LIES! That contract is absolutely illegal, and abusively one-sided, but you just immigrated, it's your first day on a new country, continent, very far from your home, and you need a job, you need to sign that contract that you are just seeing for the first time now. Promises of raises? Lies. Promises of changing projects when you want? Lies. The list goes on to bad management, bad HR, they have some lawyers that apparently should help you, but even same mid IA give you better answers to your questions, they just copy and paste everything to you (help with your immigrantion process is a dream that they sell too, but when you are in need, you better found a particular lawyer and pay yourself), maybe they will make promises about project specs such as technologies, work modality, location, international career, everything is a lie. The reality is: They will threaten you the enter the first project possible, and you can't say no! You can't quit the company because of the minimum stay fine, you can't found another job or ask for a raise, and at any time they can kick you a** and deny to pay what the own you. This all everything comes with a illegal B2B contract for then to pay less taxes, and pay even less to you.
