      willing to deplace someone starting company

      salary contract as freelancer, work as full time payment really low Very slow responding to problems horrible tools for managing your timesheet or uploading the monthly invoices illegal clause of one year or else pay a fine - don't fall for it

      Cons

      No one cares for you You are only requested to do your job and the job of five people more, because "why not? Are you a complaining kind of person?" They will never raise your salary, do a performance review with meaning or recognize your hard work for more than a second on a Teams call. They are like this, tiny-minded people.
