Pros
Line manager is very open and accessible, feedback cycle is great and they do raise your salary if they notice you are performing better than expected. A lot of team building events, free meal Fridays, 3-4 big parties per year.
Cons
Nothing special to add, although some people complain about a lack of clarity in terms of which projects you can possibly move to.
