Cons

-Will give your CV to all their clients without consultin you -Super desorganize (zero comunication betwin managers) -After you acept the pre-proposol(not even signed the contracted) , they will show what the really company is ( do your "home-work" and you are going to this client period(even if is a technolagy you dont even know), even better if you acept a pre-proposal for a client be careful they can do what i said before a day before you are supuse to sign) . -Psychological pressure (classic thing -> best opportunity in your life bla bla). .If(opportunity_to_leave == TRUE){ printf("enjoy");} else{printf("DEAL WITH THE B.S. :D");}

- Good business culture - A lot of parties - Possibility to be in big clients - Possibility to use the Training academy to improve some skills - One Weekly Free lunch in the Head Office.

Cons

- The mindset of the company is not to keep the staff but to recycle them. - The academy has very limited catalog of training - There is no career enhancement plan - The Salary increase are quite limited due to the fact there is no enhancement plan - The salaries for the majority of the jobs are below.

Pros

There is a lot of social events, if you are a social butterfly it may just a good place for you. There is workshops and trainings on the weekends and after work hours. Some online courses will be refunded. There is a free weekly lunch if you are in Lisbon and also there is some discounts or partnerships with other companies like gyms etc. You have to ask around though to find out how to use them.

Cons

your career progress isn't obvious and isn't layed out a progression plan, at least is not done in the first year , from my experience, there is no promise of salary raise and the salary is not competitive. It's not lower but falls around the same as other IT consultant companies.
