- Excessive corporate bureaucracy - simple 2 min jobs can take weeks though the 'proper' channels. Restricts creativity and Innovation.
- Individual development / company progression is hard to achieve.
- Does not provide adequate tools for job even though they are available.
- Performance rated on administration tasks (timesheets, posting / use of internal social website etc) and not on your actual work. Could be amazing at your job and it wouldn't matter, get a bad rating for administration tasks then there goes your pay increase / bonus.
- Too much administration non-sense, spend almost a good 2 days a week sometimes just doing menial admin tasks, on top of a full workload doing unpaid out of hours working just to play catchup.
- Higher management don't respond to queries / requests. Get ignored.
