Atos can be a good option if you are an experienced professional . You can very well manage the balance between your work and life . Flexible office timings.

Cons

Majority of Atos works on SAP .Bad leaders in the team . You can very well feel the discrimination . No encouragement and appreciation .

Good work culture. Good initial hike for lateral hires. Make you feel back in college. Good variable pays and also hefty client bonus in certain projects.

Cons

Very less consecutive hikes.Sometimes even 1-2%. People close to managers favoured for hikes. Some project may have really bad work.
