good balance for work and family life, good company reputation Great relationships between coworkers, job can be interessed and fulfilling when the management team are competent and aware of staff

Cons

Since the new merger and acquisition atos becomes a warehouse, too much people to handle, no more time for individualitty or either employee real competence's consideration.They try to send employee to the more clients they can without considering employee's willing or skills.
