Salary hike less than inflation. expect you to work overtime without extra money They are delaying merit salary letter every quarter. There current policy is to ensure that people leave company, so they can hire new one. But they do not understand that only good employees are leaving.

It’s a big list hence be patient!.....I've been working as director in Atos India System Integration (SI) organization for 4 years. I’ve been working in IT industry for over 20 years and have thoughtfully wrote this review. I must say that Atos SO India management sucks big time. In last 2 years the entire top management including SI president is from Cognizant. Almost every single month we have seen senior management laterals being taken from Cognizant. Not ironically most of these folks are Bengalis, open racism isn’t it? Recently one person questioned why people from Cognizant are given special treatment, guess what he was shown the door. Managers are changed left and ride without any communications to employees. You know you’re your manager has changed only if you click a button. Atos follows zero email communication which is nothing but a joke. Appraisals are another joke, variable payout for period ending Dec is paid in April (4 months after period ends). This is August 2015, believe it or not the raise/promotions for period ending Dec 2014 has still not been communicated to employees. Senior Management focus is only on utilization and not on growth of organization. Onsite opportunities are called as "Landed resource" where people are paid per diem for France, UK and Germany (no payroll transfer). Atos India is supposed to be Global Delivery Center (GDC) but trust me the European offices of Atos make every effort to block projects being executed from India Bottomline: Atos at global level is still a good organization but don’t work for Atos India if you don’t want to mess up your career.
