      Join AtoS, if you do not have another option. Join as lateral for high salary and leave in 1 year. Onsite opportunity

      Cons

      Salary hike less than inflation. expect you to work overtime without extra money They are delaying merit salary letter every quarter. There current policy is to ensure that people leave company, so they can hire new one. But they do not understand that only good employees are leaving.
