Pros

The employee benefits are good.

Cons

The company did not provide raises in my department in the 3 years I worked there while numerous other departments did. Management creates more confusion then leadership. There is a very high turnover of employee's.

Pros

- If can negotiate well at the beginning and the requirement is critical can expect a good hike. - Latest tools and technologies to learn - If you stay here for long, you can easily go for short term onsite - If you work here for years whether deserving or not you'll be promoted - For freshers its a good company to learn but leave at the right time else you'll be under paid. - Mostly chances to get 100% of your variable pay - Most of the Clients and Partners are really supportive - Females can be benefited with long term work from home policy and long maternity leaves

Cons

- No hike after joining; average is single digit % - Don't be fool with the ratings you get, it DOESN'T MATTER AT ALL. You can get 2% hike too with 4 rating (5 is the max). Goals, Appraisals, Ratings and all the drama ends to an unsatisfactory increment. - Pathetic support system - Payroll, HR, Admin, System etc. Don't expect anything expected from them at all. Govt officers are better than them. Can't blame them totally... they are also unsatisfied employees with too much burden. - No proper communication even if your increment get delayed by months without any justification and communication. - Pathetic security system - No matter how much they claim to follow Agile, Lean etc but the ground reality is they don't trust their employees at all. Anybody who is carrying ID card can come inside but just to be sure they are not stealing anything they'll have to show their belongings to Security even ladies will have to show purses to guards (male/female depends upon your timing) while exiting. - No access to any networking sites - they make sure you will not have any network/ social life at all. - 9 hr strict working timing at least on attendance system; they do have card swipe system. Whether you have work or not will have to spend this much time daily. - Management people too opportunist if they find you critical for the project; can give you anything if not can throw you out. - Poor work life balance, no sick leave, optional leave, less PL as compared to other companies. - They don't VALUE intelligence; many excellent techies joined top companies (at least 15 I know, who joined JPMC); who could be easily retained here. - Too much processes and documentations

Pros

People are very good to work with. Great opportunity for kids out of high school. Will pay for Cert tests.

Cons

Very boring, same work over and over....nothing new to learn for experienced techs. My immediate lead tech is just out of high school ( i have 25 years in IT)...unacceptable. Manager undercut pay of multiple employees then was fired for having high turnover rate. PAY way below industry standards for the work being performed. The Microsoft folks get paid three times as much as the ATOS people for doing the same work. Work is always behind due to inexperience of the teams, most of the leads are very young and in over their heads. The job announcement said work with state of the art equipment, except it neglected to say all you will be doing is racking the equipment and plugging in some cables. You never get to access or load any data to the equipment, that is all done by remote techs that guess what get paid 2-3 time more that we do. Announcement was misleading but in an area where this is located it is the best IT job around even if it is not really IT works. Heck some of the new folks have no IT experience at all on guy was an auto mechanic. Since i have been there several folks have left for better positions and I am currently looking too.
