      Pros

      Allowed to work remotely, and flexible hours. Great company wide communication tools Allowed to work remotely, and flexible hours, this so good I mention it twice.

      Cons

      No annual raises After they: took AWAY A week vacation for anyone over 20 years took AWAY Internet allowance took AWAY Matching 401(k) at each payday. It is going down to once a year in Dec, Now I would lose all interest made on matched funds throughout the year Expectation that you work 24/7/365 Too many different tools to do similar jobs, Ex: backups

      Pros

      Very good people culture. In general you are left to get on with role with very little interference. Forward thinking working practices. All levels of management very approachable.

      Cons

      Make sure you negotiate a very good package when you join as there is very good chance that you will be on the same amount for foreseeable future. Very limited potential for career progression , unless you are based at head office and are seen on a daily basis by the people that matter you might as well not exist. Lip service is given to work life balance.

      Pros

      Honestly, it is so cumbersome to work with that you can do nothing and get away with it. It is large, so you meet a lot of people and can move jobs. Some people really do care and make it a great place, but the culture just lacked.

      Cons

      Cumbersome systems and policies, too big to navigate and get anything meaningful accomplished, strictly after revenue at cost of customer satisfaction
