Pros

Good benefits. Great coworkers and even better experience. Blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Cons

Atos (at least at the DC I worked at) basically lived on their knees for customer including allowing them to have say in who was hired. An SOW and contract was written for a REASON. It got to the point the point where we basically worked for Microsoft as their ugly little 3rd cousins, without actually getting the benefits. STICK UP FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES, get off of your k eyes, wipe your mouth off and grow a pair.

Pros

Flexible working (encouraged to work from home and flexible core hours). Can offer a decent starting salary/package (inc bonuses, private healthcare, company car etc.) however this must take into account minimal/nil pay future rises (regardless of performance) once you start! Little opportunity for progression without first leaving the company and then coming back!

Cons

Zero/nil pay rises regardless of performance. Atos UK are in a real mess with numerous projects/clients but rather than trying to fix the issues they are reducing costs (no travel, not replacing staff when good staff have had enough and leave). Atos are known for being very good at billing clients but not so good at looking after then. Although not the worst consultancy company to hire or work for, they are certainly not the best either! A lot of projects are for public sector bodies, so not exactly cutting edge. An example of Atos UK management thinking: Atos have an annual staff survey. UK management didn't like the negative results of recent staff surveys so in 2015 part of the company bonus scheme is conditional on staff stating in the survey that Atos is a 'Good Place to Work'.

Pros

1. you can learn and improve technical skills here about credit card system. 2. few HR and admin staffs are friendly and helpful enough.

Cons

1. Selfish seniors and with some politic players in office. 2. busybody colleagues who intent to invade your privacy and share in office in order to take advantages in office politic. 3. seriously much underpay than average market pay but the top management who taking high pay won't take care you at all. Very easy to get a higher pay job outside than here, so learn something and leave as soon as possible. 4. family business is taking place. 5. stingy bosses will try all their best to shrunk your increment and cancel your after probation increment bu giving lame excuse.
