      ATOS - Possibly the most terrible company in the world

      None - terrible company with no positive side

      Cons

      Always looking to pay less for people with no eye on quality of work produced. Does not allign policies on employment with actual treatment of employees. Tend to manage people out of the organization. Full of people with cynical nay-saying approach to work Approach to customers is cynical and devastating on the customer (eg BBC, Mcgraw-Hill, NHS) Demands accreditations from incoming recruits but doesnt train own people for accreditations

      Pros

      Great Company to learn some light networking and Cloud infrastructure. Along side Microsoft IT.

      Cons

      ATOS Management if horrible. They act without investigating. Never listening just acting on what they here. No explanation on what they do. The ATOS manager at the CH1 Data center is just and HR rep that sits all day and pay no attention to his employees.

      Pros

      Great account teams. Great work from home flexibility for most employees of the organization.

      Cons

      Little to no training. No regard for well being of employees. HR communication is dismal at best if they respond to requests at all. Scant salary/merit increases. Inconsistencies in delivery. Lacking in project management and process. Both are areas in serious need of attention. It is very difficult to get upper management to work with you on anything regarding professional growth.
