Always looking to pay less for people with no eye on quality of work produced. Does not allign policies on employment with actual treatment of employees. Tend to manage people out of the organization. Full of people with cynical nay-saying approach to work Approach to customers is cynical and devastating on the customer (eg BBC, Mcgraw-Hill, NHS) Demands accreditations from incoming recruits but doesnt train own people for accreditations
