Pros

The only pro is the salary. I have to say that they pay very well, but it is hard (read impossible) to get salary increase unless you resign.

Cons

All the rest except money. No salary increase, no career improvement possibility. It is a typical body rental. You are sold to the customer that provides PC and everything. Astek does not care of anything. Their business model is to have 100% people with a mission to a customer and so no issue in managing people and projects. They are interested only in the difference between money paid by customers for you and your salary.

If you can bargain, the salary can be very good compared to other local consulting firms.. who do not offer more for a smaller salary

Cons

No management, no leadership, no culture, no career perspectives. Don't expect anything from these guys apart from your paycheck.
