Body rental, they cares only to the money that they can gain from your work nothing more.

Pros

It could be a good starting point but not to stay too much time your career will be frozen as long as you stay there.

Cons

They don't care at all about you. You are sent to work as contractor for another company and that's all. NO salary increases, NO training, NO communication. They don't even answer to the mail that you send.

good salary, if you are able to negotiate at the very beginning) sometimes nice missions to work on

Cons

no HR: < 10 resources for more than 500 consultants... no career progression no salary augmentation no management at all no plans for the future: just squeezing the money from workers and customers and try to survive another year
