Pros

The community of co workers is fantastic. Full of creative mixes. From new blood to old hands. AP's hard won style of truth first speed second makes you stand for something in the field of multi/media.

Cons

The office or field work can sometimes be a bit over managed. Sometimes creative hard working individuals get overlooked. Salaries are not necessarily competitive with competition

Pros

AP is a welcoming place with staff that are very invested in AP's mission. The most difficult part of working at AP is learning the company culture: where certain resources are, etc. Fortunately, everyone is very helpful once asked.

Cons

There was a lot of construction at AP's building in NYC. That made the work environment more difficult, but this is changing in 2017.
