Pros

Great Location, work with great content and excellent journalists, friendly, positive CEO and good experience. Friendly staff.

Cons

Below average pay for new starters, very little room for improvement within the company, very bloated, highly-paid middle management just waiting for retirement on their excellent salaries. For young folks - get what you need out of AP then get out.

Friendly people dedicated to the art of News

Cons

The company is basically struggling like most other media organizations; very little ingenuity; you won't advance in any ways other than title gains.
