      Positive focus on collaboration and teamwork; diverse workforce, where you can be yourself; commitment to innovation; senior management are very accessible

      Pros

      You regularly bump into the smartest people in the industry working for ARM and the bar to join gets higher and higher each year. The work is incredibly meaningful and ARM punches well above its weigh in the industry. The paid sabbatical is an awesome perk. ARM is a super-ethical company which reassures me at least.

      Cons

      It's a "noisy" place to work, which comes as a result of having such an influential place in the industry. As a result it can often feel like you're riding a roller coaster. Investors are also driving the business to grow margins even though they're already approaching 50%.
