      A good stipend of 20000 in india which is great.

      Cons

      no vacancies on careers page to apply for it. only on campus placements are being carried.

      No proper work life balance. It used to very good , because of lot of competition this situation arises.

      Thank you for leaving a review. As we are growing, the pressure to continually work longer hours is common place. I highly encourage you to have a conversation with your line manager in your 1:1's regarding your work life balance issue. They'll assume that everything is fine unless you address the issue first! The new AFDS that is being tested now will also help to address this, so you can course correct more frequently throughout the year as opposed just once a year like in the past. -Rick C.       Great place to work!

      Pros

      Lots of resources to learn from. People are super helpful and go out of their way to ensure you understand how different things fit together. In my case, I was a software automation engineer and had lots of one on one help from senior engineers explaining how different tools and programs work together. There was never an instance where I was stuck or lost and no one was able to help me. Work is challenging, but rewarding. Work life balance is great as well. There was no micromanagement and as long as I got the work done, my superiors were fine with it.
