      Pros

      I'm here for about 10 months. The atomsphere in the company is really great. I see everybody keen to help each other and lots of new cool technology stuff every day. There are lots of internal training opportunities and a whole bunch of internal sessions to about new technologies being developed.

      Cons

      None critical at the moment. Just problems that every big company has: IT not very efficient and stuff like that.

      Pros

      1) Working with some very sharp and talented people 2) Less Hierarchy. Management is quite transparent. Opportunities to interact with senior management 3) Great work life balance 4) Ability to work on latest and greatest versions of ARM architecture 5) Good benefits and fair remuneration.

      Cons

      1) IT still has some nagging issues 2) Can open up purse strings for travel comfort.

When you're working great people, in a great work environment, with again, great work life balance, it's hard not to feel positive about the company! We openly acknowledge that our IT infrastructure still has some progress, and are addressing those needs as quickly as possible to support each business group. If you do have additional feedback, please do not be hesitant in sharing your thoughts! Regarding travel - we do have a framework on travel and that's because certain employees and groups can travel extensively, but in the end it comes down to trust.
