      Pros

      The group I work with is great - lots of teamwork. Good access to management. The work-life balance is good. The work is interesting. The long-term company prospects look good. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low-end, but I was willing to take the lower salary to get the great teamwork in this work environment.

      Thanks for leaving a review! Reading the positive teamwork in your team is reflective of ARM as a whole - everyone is genuinely nice to each other and want to help each other succeed! While the base salary may be slightly lower, we strive to pay within the 75% band, meaning you can expect to make more than 75% of your peers in the industry in a similar role/level. Once you factor in the additional benefits (Launch Award, Annual Bonus, Health/Dental, etc.) the total compensation is quite competitive with the market. For more information, please visit the Reward section in the ARM Intranet. That said, I do recommend that you utilize the AFDS to document your successes, so that your line manager can see the work you are doing which can help when it comes to pay raises! -Rick C.
