Regarding your con, employees at different grades go through leadership training courses and conferences throughout the year to improve their skill sets, which in turn helps ARM to operate more efficiently. Many of the slides which are developed for these courses/conferences can be found on the Talent & Development Intranet page, so I invite you to visit and see what courses can also benefit you.       Growing and Staying True

      Pros

      The people are wonderful and even as an individual contributor you are given a voice - a way to make a real impact. Compensation is great. Facilities are nice. Easy to take vacation and actually step away from email!

      Cons

      Intense pace, always lots going on (can be good and can be a bit much at times) Some growing pains - systems need to develop, technology/support - it'll get there
