      Pros

      New and exciting technology, business that strongly develops, very international team and great spirit. Even with strong growth over the past years, ARM Oulu is agile and quickly adapting to changes.

      Cons

      If you are looking to "climb the ladder", go somewhere else. ARM allows the best people to do what they do best - the oldish structures and culture don't support individual's development (e.g. opportunities to promotions still strongly related to years of service).

      Pros

      ARM Norway really takes care of its employees in any way possible. I have not met another employer that spends more time and money on employee wellbeing than ARM. Everything is so flexible, relaxed and well taken care of. Benefits are amazing and so is the development and career opportunities.

      a good place to learn new stuff, pleasant and friendly faces all around you,
