      Thanks for leaving a review! We highly encourage a flexible work environment, and have run a trial with a specific team on how we can encourage more of our employees to think outside the mindset of the traditional 8-5 work day. The results were quite interesting, and are available for review on the company intranet! In regards to salary/benefits, most people tend to look at the base salary when doing a comparison. However, once you factor in the various benefits that ARM provides (Annual Bonus, Launch Award, Partner Award, generous PTO, volunteer time off, health insurance, etc.) the total compensation is quite competitive! I do also encourage you to take advantage of the other benefits ARM provides, such as the Talent Development options all employees have access to, so that way you can further develop your skillset and advance in your career. -Rick C.       Pros

      ARM has an open and transparent culture from the top at the management level and down to employees. Good communication within the company. It is a global company with presence in many placed in the world. The company is still growing. It provides good employee benefit in vacation and 401K matching.

      Cons

      The company culture is conservative so making changes can be very slow and frustrating. It is unwilling to take some risk. The internal career movement can be difficult due to limited internal career support. It does not have a good education support program for the employees. The internal organization changes very frequently in the last 2 years.

      Management is open to taking feedback and implementing it in the best possible way. Some very smart team members.
