Bunch of highly paid brilliant people, dominant market position for core chip design business, deep pockets for long term play.

Cons

Unprofessional management, brought hardware engineering methods to Cloud Services. Lack of product strategy, very poor execution, tons of organizational politics between design centers, leading to organizational paralysis

Our acquisition by Softbank is giving us the opportunity to focus on what makes Arm great without the need to answer to shareholders in the short term. We are investing a lot in to growing our organizations, having grown by over 1000 employees in the last year alone!
