      Pros

      For Arm, flexibility is a huge driver for how we operate as a business - both in terms of what makes us successful as an organisation to adapt to industry trends but also in how we approach work. As a creative person, I thrive from working in office spaces built on collaboration like cafes (hence the coffee shop intro) and communal spaces at Arm rather than being confined to a desk. Lots of opportunity Great teams Varied environments and global travel

      Cons

      Can be very fast paced at times due to the growing nature of the organisation so you need to be resilient and future looking.

      Pros

      A relatively small company with a disproportionately massive global influence. Lots of opportunities to shape any vary your career.

      Cons

      Choatic at times. The only big problem is not having time/capacity to do even more good stuff.
