      Pros

      High impact in the industry, good work/life balance and benefits, opportunities to grow within a quickly expanding company, culture of collaboration.

      Cons

      Total compensation is not top notch; I hope the quick growth phase will not be overdone and then followed by an unavoidable contraction.

      Its a great place to work, work is very creative, flexibile good freedom to explore options and bringing new ideas

      nothing major, generally people are smart at work and arm has plans to growing big

      Pros

      A tech firm that no longer has share holders so it can concentrate on meeting customer requirements and not quarterly statements. Diverse and fun atmosphere in the offices. Intelligent and passionate colleagues. Good salary, good benefits. Strong emphasis on life/work balance, including flexible working options.

      Cons

      Very specialised and technical, if coming in from another industry expect a steep learning curve.
