One of the best places I've worked!

Pros

My team is highly knowledgeable, the benefits are amazing, and the facility is brand new with great amenities (basketball court, Starbuck's counter, ping pong, Playstation room, complimentary coffee and La Croix water in the break rooms, sand volleyball court, walking trails, and a cafeteria with the best breakfast tacos made to order and a top-notch chef). Working from home is an option that Arm is starting to consider.

Cons

It's hard to find cons. No Diet Coke in the break rooms. No tennis courts.

With a great work/life balance, flexibility and opportunities, (can't forget to add the nice perks and facilities on campus), I also agree that this is one of the best places I've worked. Chef is awesome and we're lucky to have a cafeteria staff that supports the office and caters to our needs. Thanks again for the review.

Pros

Arm is an amazing dynamic company with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. The management is very transparent in communications. It offers lot of benefits and flexible in giving the employees best work/life balance.

Cons

The company is distributed widely across the world in several offices and working in different time zones can be challenging at times.

Pros

Lots of learning opportunities and lots of employee benefits that make life smooth. The Softbank CEO recently announced that the company will be more valuable than Google in next 20 years. Its a great place for female employees also to work.

Cons

Annual Increments can be low in UK region.
