      Pros

      People, benefits (amazing!), culture, work life balance.

      Cons

      Aside from Austin the offices, especially the SJ office I'm in is behind a trailer park and pretty drab. Office could be more dynamic with a serious face lift and new hot spot. They put up new branding stuff around the building and while the new brand looks cool it doesn't do enough for this plain looking place with old furniture.

      Pros

      I have been at Arm for over 8 years and I can honestly say that it is a great place to work. The benefits are awesome (5 weeks of vacation, sabbatical, 6% of base salary match on 401K, amazing health plans etc etc). The company is doing great and is hiring brightest minds.
