      Pros

      Arm has one of the best cultures of any companies I have worked for. The company emphasizes fairness and cooperation, and you find that your co-workers do go out of their way to help you. Technologically, the company feels like it's in an interesting place to really take advantage of developments in IoT, machine learning, autonomous driving, etc.

      Cons

      Arm's business model is a bit complex, which means it's a challenge to come up with new revenue streams
