Many different project opportunities to work on since ARM architecture is prevalent throughout the world and ARM is in many different markets. Also, lots of different work sites in several countries give more possibilities to work. IP and Software! Job security is good. Owned by Softbank which is a large company that is expanding throughout the world.

Cons

Does not manufacture chips, so limited in that regard.
