      World leader with a unique culture

      Pros

      Lots of very smart people. Technical leaders and senior management tend to be approachable and down to earth. Benefits are excellent. Arm rewards hard work but encourages work/life balance. Huge amount of growth/change that is creating opportunities. Relatively few politics for what is now a large company.

      Cons

      Can be bit risk averse for a technology company, but that is starting to change

      Fabless - do not have chip manufacturing. So, not much physical design work

      Pros

      Incredible culture that enables a true empowering and collaborative work environment. This is not just a benefit for employees, but arguably more importantly for customers.

      Cons

      Teh strength of a collaborative environment can slow down decisions at times. However, I think the pros outweigh the cons in this case.
