      Pros

      In twelve months at Arm I've interacted with hundreds of people across dozens of teams. I continue to be amazed that everybody else seems to be both smart and nice with it. This is such a rare combination yet the concentration here is incredible. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

      Cons

      I hear Microsoft pay better, but I'm very satisfied with my compensation package.

      Pros

      A wealthy company that really believes in and invests in its staff Lots of expansion, which in turn bring opportunities

      Cons

      Lots of expansion, can sometimes mean things never seem to stay settled for more than a few months (but personally I'm fine with that!)
