After the SoftBank acquisition, formation of ISG and multiple new verticals that have sprung up in our IPG portfolio, Arm has evolved from our traditional hardware-based product offerings to a more dynamic software focused company. In some cases, and departments this has been a learning experience from the ground up. I would highly encourage you to openly share your thoughts, experience and past methodologies with the broader team and project leads. You may find they are very receptive to adjusting their workflow or processes if you can display the benefits of how it will maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Our individual knowledge and experience leveraged together through collaboration and sharing are what will set us apart as a company in the future as well as add stability in areas during all the rapid growth taking place.
