Hi, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, it is really appreciated and helps us hear the voice of our people. We work very hard on making arm a great place to work and try and give back as much as possible with lunch and learns, pizza, gyms, and some great benefits, so it's great that you have had a chance to immerse yourself in the culture. We do offer relocation so if you wanted to choose another of our cities please do speak to your line manager, I do love Sheffield myself, home place of the Arctic Monkeys and the crucible which is great for snooker :) Thanks again we really appreciate your review Kind regards Katie

We work very hard on making arm a great place to work and making it an open and honest environment where there is no hierarchy and your voice and opinions are heard. We have worked very hard on creating a great culture and I am glad to see you experienced that and found a good work life balance We are constantly working on improving and would love to learn more about your comment on people being a bit pushy, this is not how we envision the ways of working.
