Thank you for acknowledging the benefits, the People Team work hard to continuously improve and ensure they enrich your life. As an FYI whilst we are a head quartered British company – we have over 50 global bases. As a result, we are continually focused on enhancing our overall Arm culture, as well as the local micro cultures within our business. Alcohol is readily available across the world. With this in mind, at all our functions we pay particular attention to local requests and expectations. We are aware some people may not want to consume alcohol, to which alternative beverages are always available, we are conscious to always ensure there is something for everyone- it’s important we live up to our values of being an inclusive organisation. Although, if you feel you were subjected to something different, I’d appreciate an opportunity to pick up with you on this.
