      Great package. Interesting tech. Plenty of scope for company growth. Career opportunities for engineering folk

      Cons

      Not quite sure what it wants to be when it grows up. Some days it tries to act like a startup - move fast with no structure or processes. Other days it thinks it is a massive corporation with all the BS that goes with that.
