      Don’t join! Harassment & racism is rampant here

      Harassment (sexual & mental) & racism - I faced this with UK team. After this faced a severe depression and complained to HR who shouted at me instead and showed the door! Learning - minimal. If you have a good manager who likes you then you might get average work otherwise, you are left with grunt work. All valuable work goes to UK & US teams I wasted my 2 years on this company and left with depression due to the harassment I faced. Don’t waste your life with Arm, no amount of salary or benefits is worth it!

      Leaders Who Dont Listen Will End Up Surrounded By People Who Have Nothing to Say

      Overall package in line with tech market Great colleagues and people very dedicated to company

      Very poor work life balance and no acknowledgment or appreciation Intimidating behaviour from senior leadership known and unchallenged Some depts. seem to have unlimited funds compared to others who struggle to operate within the confines of very poorly resourced teams due to lack of mgmt. understanding what they actually do.
