      The people across all departments and teams are excellent and reflect the values of the company. There are also opportunities available for career progression as the company is constantly evolving to respond to market needs and competition. The company has rolled out several initiatives to support its employees through the pandemic including a day of rest every quarter.

      Cons

      Salary increments are given unfairly by rewarding departments with high attrition rates, discrediting the work and effort put in by other departments in the company.

      Open culture letting you forge a career bespoke to your goals and strengths. Agile and open ways of working. Flexible working and great package.

      Cons

      Lack of structure in org and career paths can be a turn off to some folks. Can't earn mega-mega bucks just being a programmer, you need to take some leadership responsibilities. If you don't like that you need to work elsewhere.
