Pros
Clear vision and goals for the company. It's often referenced when talking about here is the culture but it is fantastic. Great benefits although question how competitive they are these days with other companies. Some of the new leaders do appear to care about their function.
Cons
Restructuring decimated the enterprise functions. Avoid unless your an engineer as you're in for overwork / underpaid experience. EC only talk about making life better for engineering not the whole company. No time for personal development as firefighting day in day out. Focus is on IPO so savings are in the back office and investment in the products - makes sense but not even a thank you or acknowledgment on company wide updates,
