      Good Place to work

      Pros

      Work quality is good. Work-life balance was better but depending upon team its still good.

      Cons

      Pay scale is average and not competitive enough wrt market. Culture is slightly changing towards aggressive, which is good if you are a workaholic.

      Culture used to be good not anymore under the current CEO

      CEO is running a factory Top management is qualcomised so there is no way one can feel part of arm anymore Management is absolutely clueless on what decisions they are making and it's implication on the company strategy Bunch of morons building a toxic work culture
