      Pros

      When I first interviewed to join Arm I asked each of the panelists what their favourite thing about Arm was. They all said "The People", and that really has stood true for me as well. Everyone has been so welcoming, kind and collaborative since I joined. As a company that seems to be ever growing, it is really nice to see that they never loose touch with their company values, focus on the team and the culture they have cultivated here. People aside, the Cambridge office has a good onsite gym, multiple on site restaurants to choose from, a small farm shop and a games room making it a really great place to work.

      Cons

      I attended an event for new starters recently, and we were all comparing our positive experiences of starting at Arm. It was nice to hear that none of us had yet found a con of working at Arm.
