Flexibility for Work from Home. Interesting projects.

Cons

Publicly traded so shareholder price drives the business. Low pay and no good raises, but there is magically budget for new hires. Removed DEI from USA due to political pressure.

-Team and Office environment is great -Most if not all things done are digital -There's an app for most things -Hybrid setup that is easy to follow -There's an answer to most things

Cons

Not really cons but here are some thoughts: -There's an app for most things, means if you're not technology-inclined it might take time for you to catch-up, but I can assure you that it's definitely learnable in the job
