- Some of the bosses are really great - you can schedule your RTO - office is beautiful

Cons

- low salary increase - experience may vary on which team or department you're in but favoritism is very evident - there are people abusing and taking too much leaves coz management isn't so strict on checking them - you're either too relaxed or the one doing all of the job
