Big office. Hybrid work style. Some colleagues are nice.

Cons

Narrow-minded and cheap managers, especially in their Interior Design Hospitality team. They would call for an hour-long meeting to ask you why a 4-hour task took you 4.5 hours to complete. You would need their approval for every single thing you do, like a primary school student asking for a teacher's permission to go to the washroom. I have a lot more to share, but I don't have the appetite to think much about them at the moment.

Flexible work environment, working on many varied projects.

Cons

staffing churn at HR quite high, heavy reliance on entry staff to maintain project multipliers/ profits, several issues/problems following from recent company merger to be sorted out.
