staffing churn at HR quite high, heavy reliance on entry staff to maintain project multipliers/ profits, several issues/problems following from recent company merger to be sorted out.

The intranet is very difficult to find pertinent information for your area, you can spend an hour searching for what you need. The technology is lacking for a company this size. Teams are very clique-y and insular.
